Generally speaking, all participating programmes and activities are self-funding via fee payments and/or voluntary donations from participants. Though where this is not the case these are typically subsidised via funding by Yayasan Aqsyanna itself.

Likewise, the Foundation’s charitable activities are funded by a combination of ‘zakat’ contributions and the Yayasan Aqsyanna’s own sources. Such activities target the most needy, in particular ‘anak-anak yatim’ and the orphanages that care for them, with the distribution of both vital commodities (‘sembako’) and cash aid.

Meanwhile, the funding of the Aqsyanna Foundation’s operations and overheads is covered by a combination of  :

• Personal donations by the Founders.
• Corporate donations. from Founder-related sources.
• Profit contributions from affiliated businesses: the ‘Coffee Corner’ café and the ‘Penny Lane’ food court.
• Activities of a commercial nature hosted at the RAQ, notably private wedding ceremonies, seminars, lectures and ‘manasik’.
